This is What a Volcano Sounds Like
Wait for it. Waiit for it. BOOM! The shock wave effect heard (and felt) by the passengers of this boat was just the beginning of Mount Tavurvur's multi-day series of eruptions. You can see the wave rippling its way through the clouds. Luckily, Phil McNamara caught this on camera while vacationing in Papua New Guinea for everyone to see (and hear).
