Get to Grillin’ with Grill Master Jack Arnold

For all you steak lovers out there, this one's for you! Our friend Jack Arnold shows us how to prepare an American Wagyu New York Strip just in time to kick off the summer!


 

What You Will Need:

 

• Salt

• Any other seasonings of choice

• 12 oz Wagyu NY Strip

• Irish Butter

• Roasted Garlic

 

 

Instructions:

 

To start, season your Wagyu with your preferred seasoning and set your grill to 400 °F. Once your Wagyu is seasoned to your liking, grill it for 6 minutes on each side. After grilling to perfection, take your steak inside and immediately top it with Irish butter, a sprinkle of roasted garlic, and salt. Set your timer for 10 minutes and let your steak marinate with the toppings. After 10 minutes, slice and dice your steak, and enjoy!
