NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Stagecoach 2026 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by OluKai, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, with its principal place of business located at 10 Faraday, Irvine, CA 92618 (the “Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. Participating brands are prize providers only and are not sponsors, administrators, or responsible for the operation of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram, Meta, and all other social media platforms from any and all liability associated with this Sweepstakes. By entering into the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”).
1. Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to require proof of identity and/or eligibility at any time. Entries generated by a script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means intended to circumvent the entry process, are void.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
VOID IN NEW YORK AND FLORIDA.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false, incomplete, or misleading information, or who attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on March 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on April 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or timing of an entry, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
3. How to Enter.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting the official giveaway landing page on Sponsor’s website and submitting the required information, including a valid email address and mobile phone number.
By providing a mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, entrants consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor an its brand partners at the number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Entrants may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter the Sweepstakes and is not a condition of winning. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Completion of the entry form with both email and SMS opt-in will qualify as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries, including those generated by script, macro, or other automated means, may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, misdirected, or technical failures that may affect entry submission.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that they are providing prior express written consent to receive such messages, as required under applicable law, and that such consent will be documented and retained by Sponsor. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
All information submitted will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, to which you expressly agree, a copy of which is available at https://olukai.com/pages/privacy-policy, which you acknowledge and agree may be updated by the Sponsor, from time to time. For more information, please review Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may share entrant information with participating prize providers for purposes of prize fulfillment, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
4. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE).
To enter without signing up for marketing communications, eligible entrants may send a handwritten entry by mail including their full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address to: 10 Faraday Irvine, CA 92618. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than April 4, 2026. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Mail-in entries must be legible and complete to be eligible.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize consists of a curated Stagecoach Festival prize package (the “Prize Package”), including the following:
· Seager: $1,000 online shopping spree and two (2) General Admission Stagecoach wristbands (ARV: $2,200.00)
· OluKai: $1,000 gift card (ARV: $1,000.00)
· Turtlebox: Ranger, Original, and Grande speakers (ARV: $1,410.00)
· ALP: $500 gift card (ARV: $500.00). If the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the gift card may be used toward any products available on ALP’s website, subject to applicable terms and conditions. If the winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age, the gift card will be limited to non-age-restricted products, including merchandise and caffeine pouches.
· Justin Boots: Two (2) pairs of boots, with a maximum value of $500 per pair (ARV: $1,000.00)
· Grizzly: Grizzly 350 Cooler (ARV: $1,349.99)
· Cazcanes: $1,000 gift card (ARV: $1,000.00)
· 805 Beer: $250 gift card (ARV: $250.00)
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize Package is $8,709.99. Actual value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.
The Prize does not include transportation, lodging, or any other expenses not specifically listed.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the Prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize with an item of equal or greater value. Participating brands providing prize components are not sponsors, administrators, or otherwise responsible for the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use any portion of the Prize for any reason. Sponsor shall have no liability if any portion of the Prize is delayed, postponed, or canceled due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, public health concerns, or event cancellations.
6. Drawing and Winner Notification.
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its administrator on or about April 6, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize Conditions.
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.
The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and, where permitted, a W-9 form prior to receiving the Prize.
Festival attendance and use of tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions set by the event organizer, including but not limited to health, safety, and entry requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for any event cancellation, postponement, or modification.
Gift cards and merchandise prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brands and may include expiration dates, usage restrictions, or exclusions.
Certain partner-provided prizes may be subject to age-based restrictions. If the winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age, any prize components that are age-restricted will be substituted or limited to non-restricted products (such as merchandise or other eligible items) at the Sponsor’s or partner’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute, modify, or cancel any portion of the Prize if it becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. All prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Entrants further agree to waive any and all rights to bring claims against Sponsor in any forum beyond those expressly permitted under these Official Rules.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, participating prize providers, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants further agree to waive any and all rights to bring claims against Sponsor in any forum beyond those expressly permitted under these Official Rules. Entrants acknowledge and agree that any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved in accordance with Section 10 (Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver).
9. Publicity.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Data Use and Privacy.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and its service providers may collect, use, and process personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes for purposes of administration, marketing, and prize fulfillment, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor may share entrant information with participating prize providers solely for purposes of prize fulfillment and related communications, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Entrants understand that they may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but such opt-out will not affect their eligibility for the Sweepstakes.
11. General Conditions.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.
12. Winner List.
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: OluKai Stagecoach Giveaway Winner Request, 10 Faraday, Irvine, CA 92618. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
13. Disputes Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Agreement to Arbitrate. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating in any way to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or the Prize (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”).
Arbitration Procedures. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California, or, at the election of the entrant, may be conducted remotely or based solely on written submissions. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Entrants expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall have no authority to hear or arbitrate any class or representative action or to consolidate claims of different individuals.
Limitation of Remedies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that any and all claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, and in no event shall entrants be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Jury Trial Waiver. To the extent any Dispute is determined not to be subject to arbitration, the entrant and Sponsor each hereby waive any right to a trial by jury.
Governing Law and Venue. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any Dispute is not subject to arbitration, such Dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Opt-Out Right. An entrant may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to Sponsor at OluKai, LLC, 10 Faraday, Irvine, CA 92618, within thirty (30) days of entering the Sweepstakes. The opt-out notice must include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, email address, and a clear statement that the entrant wishes to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect the entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Severability. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect, except that if the class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
