OluKai will be giving away one $500 gift card  on June 6 , 2026 to celebrate Father’s Day .The Father Day Gift Card will be distributed by code via email to be used at checkout at https://olukai.com/.  See Official Rules below.

1. DESCRIPTION: The OluKai Father’s Day Gift Card Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins on June 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on June 6,2026, at 11:59 AM PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). One (1) $500 gift card will be awarded to the winner during the Sweepstakes Period. See Official Rules below for prize description/restrictions and complete details. The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is OluKai, LLC, 10 Faraday, Irvine, CA 92618 ("Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents who are physically located and residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein (each an “Entrant” or, collectively, “Entrants”), excluding residents of the State of Rhode Island. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in his/her state of primary residence at the time of entry. Entrants must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email address identified on the entry form. Employees, owners, shareholders, officers and directors of Sponsor (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, promotion and advertising agencies together with the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person in whose name the e-mail account was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein. The Sweepstakes prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, sold or bartered. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes Period begins at 11:00:01 AM PST on June 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 AM PST on June 6, 2026 . The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.  Each Entrant must affirmatively accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions to submit his/her entry to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Two (2) methods of entry are as follows:

1. Online Purchase – During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at https://olukai.com (the “Website”) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every order.

NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS.  IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR. To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.

2. Via Website Registration – To enter without the obligation to purchase, an Entrant can complete the Sweepstakes registration form available at here on the Website (a “Non-Purchasing Entry”). The registration form will request each Entrant’s full name and email address.  Each completed registration form will be worth one (1) Sweepstakes entry.  Limit of one (1) Non-Purchasing Entry per person.  

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://olukai.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you may opt in to receive email newsletters and marketing communications from Sponsor. Consent to receive marketing emails is voluntary and is not a condition of entry or winning. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing..

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about June 8, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select the potential winner. The potential winner will be notified on 6/8, 2026, at the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form. The potential winner is responsible for checking his/her spam filter and must be able to receive telephone calls from an unlisted and/or blocked number. Messages may not be left. The potential winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within three (3) days of attempted notification. The failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the prize. The potential winner will be required to verify address and birthdate, sign, and return within five (5) days of receipt an affidavit of eligibility and other legal documents as may be required by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents").  Failure of a potential winner to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries as determined by Sponsor .

For winners who are United States residents: An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the prize received. The winner must provide his or her Social Security Number to Sponsor in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations. The IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the calendar year in which the prize was fulfilled.

5. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize available during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize consists of one (1) $500 gift card via automated email to be redeemed at https://olukai.com/. All sales are final on redeemed prizes. No cash alternative is allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, or any portion thereof, as stated, the prize may be forfeited in its entirety at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL AND/OR LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Other restrictions may apply.

7. CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASE: All federal, state, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize, each Entrant agrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective advertising agencies, successors, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, losses or damages arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of a prize. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) any injuries, losses, liabilities or damages of any kind including personal injury or death caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize including participation in any activity related thereto, or from participation in the Sweepstakes, including any travel related thereto; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (v) any inability of winner to accept or use any prize (or portion thereof) for any reason and such prize or portion thereof shall be forfeited; or (vi) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials or activities associated with the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any liability for damage to any computer or mobile system resulting from participating in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) at any time for any reason or should fraud, a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, extenuating circumstance or other problem/cause corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, will select the winner from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sweepstakes Entities representatives.

As a condition of entering, Entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to any claim for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Participants further agree to waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” The releases herein are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist, with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring intent to release future unknown claims. If, for any reason, more winner notifications are issued than the number of prizes offered as set forth herein, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes by random drawing from among all eligible claims received. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “Force Majeure” means events beyond the Released Parties’ reasonable control, including without limitation: natural disasters, flood, fire, earthquake, epidemic, unusually severe weather, hurricane, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state, or local government law, order, request, or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction. 

8. INDEMNITY: Winner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss, injury or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach of any of the representations, warranties or obligations herein; and (c) acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, illness (including contracting COVID-19), death (from any cause including COVID-19) and property damage arising therefrom.

9.DISPUTES; CHOICE OF LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION), WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH PERSON WHO PARTICIPATES IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IRREVOCABLY AGREES THAT SUCH DISPUTE(S) WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A SOLE ARBITRATOR, WITH EXPERIENCE IN ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION, UNDER THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE PARTIES' DECISION TO RESOLVE ANY AND ALL DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THIS SWEEPSTAKESTHROUGH ARBITRATION, SPONSOR MAY (1) SEEK TO OBTAIN INJUNCTIVE RELIEF OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF FROM A COURT TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF THESE RULES; (2) BRING AN ACTION IN COURT TO PROTECT AND INTERPRET SPONSOR’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS; AND/OR (3) BRING AN ACTION TO ENFORCE THE DECISION OF THE ARBITRATOR BEFORE ANY COURT WITH APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. THE ARBITRATOR WILL APPLY THE SUBSTANTIVE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WILL ISSUE A WRITTEN DECISION AND WILL HAVE THE POWER TO AWARD ANY LEGAL REMEDIES EXCEPT AS LIMITED BY THESE RULES. The parties will split the arbitrator’s fee; provided, however, if applicable law requires Sponsor to pay the arbitrator’s fee in order for the arbitration provision to be enforceable, Sponsor shall have the discretion to pay such fees and proceed to arbitration. Entrant irrevocably waives any right to bring or join in any class action regarding the Sweepstakes. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This arbitration provision shall be deemed to be self-executing, and in the event that any party fails to appear to any properly noticed arbitration proceeding, an award may be entered against such party notwithstanding said failure to appear.

11. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to its privacy policy posted at https://www.olukai.com/privacy-policy.html. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor permission to collect, use and share Entrant’s email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment. Once a winner is confirmed, his or her first and last name and state of residence will be publicly disclosed consistent with the Winner List provision of these Rules. By entering, each Entrant consents to this limited public disclosure.

12. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “OluKai Pair-a-Day Giveaway" Winner/Rules, 10 Faraday, Irvine, CA 92618. Requests for the name of the winner must be received no later than December 30, 2026.

SEVERABILITY: If any section, provision, term or clause shall be held or found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect and such provision may be modified or severed from these Rules to the extent necessary to make such provision enforceable and consistent with the remainder of these Official  Rules.
