Will I get my order in time for the Holidays? plus

To get your order in time for Christmas we recommend placing your order by:

  • Standard Shipping: Thursday, December 12th end of day
  • Expedited Shipping: Wednesday, December 18th 10:00 AM PACIFIC
  • Express Shipping: Thursday December 19th, 10:00 AM PACIFIC
What is your extended Holiday return or exchange policy? plus

All orders fulfilled from 11/1 - 12/25 can be returned or exchanged until 1/26.
All orders placed after 12/26 will be our standard 30-day return policy.

Do you have a guarantee on your footwear? plus

OluKai footwear is guaranteed from manufacture for one year from the date of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to ship? plus

We provide estimated arrival dates for your package within checkout. Depending on the shipping method you select, orders should arrive within 3-6 Business Days.
