- Orders placed for Next Day will ship as close to the following day as possible. Due to higher shipping volumes during holidays, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
- Packages will be shipped from Chino, CA and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.
- We currently do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
- Shipments to Hawaii will automatically change to the USPS carrier. If the order has anything faster than UPS Ground, the order will be sent by the requested shipping method
- We only accept returns on footwear purchased directly through olukai.com.
- All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in its original and unused condition.
- We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you are looking for another size, color or style, please place another order on olukai.com for your replacement item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
- Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
